Returns are accepted only in cases where the mistake was made by Morning Fog Studios or an order is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with the design on your glass.
If you received a broken or defective product, please contact us within 3 days by emailing a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. We include shipping insurance with every purchase. Items damaged during shipment will be recreated and shipped within two business days free of charge, and we file all necessary insurance claims.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations must be made within two hours of purchase.
We always try to get items shipped as fast as possible! Our current order time is 1-3 business days to process an order. The shipping time will depend on which option you chose at checkout.
If you need your order sooner than the shipping time stated on the listing please contact us before purchasing the item. We will make every effort to accommodate rush orders.
Morning Fog Studios is not responsible for packages that have been delivered but are not received for any reason.
At this time we are unable to accommodate orders outside of the United States.
We are happy to provide a proof of the etching prior to processing you order. To request a proof, please contact us with the listing and design you would like. Please note, processing time will not start until the proof has been approved and the order has been placed. Morning Fog Studios reserves the right to change the processing and shipping time to accommodate extra time needed for the proofing process.
